Every class is recorded and uploaded into our growing library, thoughtfully organized by class type — so you can practice when it works for your life.
Description of classes:
🌿 Sunday — Yin Yoga
A gentle, restorative yoga class where poses are held for 3–5 minutes, allowing the muscles to fully relax and the connective tissue to release. This practice supports deep tension release, nervous system regulation, and is the perfect way to reset and prepare for the upcoming week.
🔥 Monday — Ashtanga-Inspired Yoga
Inspired by the Ashtanga Primary and Second Series, this strong, steady practice begins with standing poses, flows through selected postures from the traditional series, and closes with grounding finishing poses. Breath, movement, and gaze are woven together to deepen your connection to body and spirit.
🧘 Tuesday — Yoga Pose Breakdown
A workshop-style class where we slow down and explore a few poses in depth. You’ll learn how to align, strengthen, and safely open your body while gaining a deeper understanding of how each pose works for your unique structure.
🌊 Wednesday — Vinyasa Ladder Flow
A higher-intensity class that begins with awareness and gradually builds a full vinyasa flow sequence over time. This practice supports cardiovascular health, strength, coordination, and endurance while maintaining mindful movement.
🤍 Thursday — Healing Hatha
A slower-paced, intentional class focused on spiritual grounding and supportive postures. This practice blends mindful movement, breath, and intention to nourish both body and nervous system.
💪 Friday — Yogalates
A fun, energizing class that blends yoga and Pilates to build strength, flexibility, and core stability. Expect mindful movement with a workout feel — strong, supportive, and empowering.
A Sustainable, Nourishing Approach to Practice
This is yoga meant to support longevity, nervous system health, and self-trust — not performance or pushing.
You don’t need to show up every day.
You don’t need to “keep up.”
