I don't know anything about astrology or Full Moon rituals. Is that okay?
Absolutely. No prior experience is needed. We gently guide you through every part of the evening in a grounded, welcoming way.
I'm not flexible or experienced with yoga.
The yoga is gentle, accessible, and focused on embodiment — not performance. Move in whatever way feels good for you.
I'm not very spiritual. Will I fit in?
Yes. Our approach is grounded and welcoming rather than mystical or performative. It's about presence, reflection, and connection — not any belief system.
I'm coming alone — will I feel welcome?
Many participants come solo and often say it's one of the best parts. You'll be warmly welcomed from the moment you arrive.
Do I have to share personal things out loud?
Never. Sharing is always optional. You're invited to participate in each practice in whatever way feels comfortable for you.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothing, warm layers, water, and something to sit or lie on (yoga mat, blanket, pillow). We'll guide you through the rest.
I'm busy — is it worth an entire evening?
This is exactly the kind of pause that gives back more than it takes. Most participants leave feeling restored and carry that clarity into everything else.
