My classes are rooted in intention, presence, and respect for the body you’re in. I guide with clear, steady cues and offer options so you can move in a way that feels both supportive and strengthening.
Rather than rushing through poses, we build awareness through breath-led transitions and mindful repetition. I believe yoga is not about performance — it’s about listening, adjusting, and honoring your capacity in each moment.
I often begin class with a thoughtfully chosen essential oil to support the theme of the practice. The oils are always an invitation — never a requirement — and are offered as a way to ground, focus, and deepen connection through the senses.
Whether the practice is slow and grounding or heated and challenging, you can expect intentional sequencing, attention to alignment, and space to reconnect with yourself without pressure.
I Look Forward to Practicing Together
Yoga is a practice of returning — to the breath, to the body, and to yourself. If this resonates, I would be honored to guide you in person.
