At the beginning of many classes, a simple essential oil recommendation is offered to help ground into the intention of the practice. These suggestions are always optional—you’re welcome to use any oils you love, or none at all.

Hi, I'm Mallory!

I’m a yoga teacher, studio owner, and lifelong student of intentional living. I created the Spirit & Wellness Collective as a way to offer yoga that feels supportive, accessible, and rooted in real life.

My teaching is grounded in the belief that yoga is not about performance or perfection—it’s about presence. Some days that looks like strength and movement, and other days it looks like rest, refinement, or simply showing up exactly as you are.

The Collective is an extension of how I teach in real life:
with care for the body, respect for the nervous system, and space for each practice to meet you where you are.

I often begin classes with a gentle essential oil suggestion to support grounding and intention, offering an additional sensory layer to the practice—always optional, and guided with flexibility and personal choice in mind.

Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, my intention is to guide you toward a steady, sustainable relationship with movement—one that supports you not just on the mat, but in everyday life.

Do I need to attend the live classes?
No. All live classes are recorded and added to the on-demand library. You can practice entirely on your own schedule and join live whenever it feels supportive.

Is this membership good for beginners?
Yes. The Spirit & Wellness Collective is designed for both beginners and seasoned practitioners. Classes range from gentle and restorative to more active and strengthening, with guidance to support you at every stage.
How long are classes?
Most classes are about one hour, offering a full, well-rounded practice. Occasionally, there may be shorter or longer classes to support different needs, but you can expect sessions that allow time to move, breathe, and integrate without feeling rushed.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. You can cancel your membership at any time, and you’ll continue to have access to the Spirit & Wellness Collective through the end of your current billing cycle.

Because this is a digital membership with immediate access,
 refunds are not available.

When do I get access after joining?
