I've never done yoga before.
No experience needed. Our gentle practice meets you where you are. You're encouraged to move in a way that feels comfortable, and rest whenever you need to.
I'm not very flexible.
You don't need to be. Soul Resonance is about connecting with yourself, not performing poses. Every practice is adaptable for all bodies.
I'm not sure I'm into astrology.
You don't have to be. We use the Full Moon and seasonal rhythms as an invitation for reflection — take what resonates and enjoy the evening.
I'm coming by myself.
Many of our guests attend solo. The space is intentionally warm, welcoming, and inclusive — you'll be invited into community while honoring your own experience.
What if the weather is cold?
Please dress in layers and bring blankets or anything else that helps you stay cozy outdoors so you can fully relax.
Will I have to participate in everything?
Not at all. Every offering is an invitation, never an expectation. Participate in whatever way feels meaningful to you.
Is this a religious event?
No. Soul Resonance welcomes people of all backgrounds and beliefs. Our gatherings draw from nature, mindfulness, yoga, and personal reflection.
What should I bring?
A yoga mat, a blanket, a journal, water, and anything else that helps you feel comfortable outdoors. We'll provide the essential oils, cacao, and everything else.
I'm not sure I need this.
You don't need to have everything figured out to come. Sometimes the greatest gift we can give ourselves is simply permission to slow down.
