Living Your Design Circle
A monthly, in-person gathering to learn, experiment, ask questions, and share what living your design actually looks like in real life.
You don't need to know everything, believe everything, or have it figured out to belong in the conversation.
Friday, October 23 • 6:30 – 8:00 PM
Love Roots Yoga Shala • Wrightwood, CA
Sound familiar?
Information is easy to find. Living it is another story.
- You pulled up your chart and it looked like a map in another language.
- You've read about your design, but aren't sure what it means on a Tuesday afternoon.
- You want to trust your own decisions, yet old habits and outside expectations keep pulling you off course.
- You'd love to understand why your partner, child, or friend moves through life so differently than you.
- You've been studying for years and want real conversation, not another lecture.
A circle, not a class
Each gathering opens with a short teaching on one aspect of Human Design. Most of our time is intentionally left open for questions, discussion, and shared experiences.
Bring your chart, your questions, what you're struggling with, and what's working. Human Design simply offers a language for noticing your energy, decision-making, and conditioning (the outside influences that shape how we think we “should” be). The real learning happens as we notice it in everyday life, together.
No belief required. Just curiosity and a willingness to experiment.

October's Exploration
Getting Started with Human Design
A gentle, practical beginning for newcomers, and a grounding refresh for anyone further along.
A brief overview of the system and your BodyGraph, the visual map of your energy.
Your natural way of engaging with life and opportunities, with less resistance.
How you're designed to make decisions you can trust, from the inside out.
Leave with a practical experiment to explore before we meet again.
What you'll take home with you
Understanding, at your pace
Make sense of your chart without needing to learn everything at once, and gain awareness of your natural energy, decision-making, and conditioning.
Trust in yourself
Practical experience using Strategy and Authority in real situations, plus a stronger link between concepts and your lived, embodied experience.
Connection & acceptance
A supportive place to ask questions, and a deeper appreciation for how differently partners, children, friends, and family are designed.
All levels welcome
Who the circle is for
The diversity of experience in the room is part of the gift. Hearing how others experience their energy helps us understand ourselves, and each other.
The Curious Beginner
Seeing your BodyGraph for the first time? Perfect.
The Longtime Student
Ready to talk about applying it in everyday life.
Parents & Partners
Seeking more understanding in your relationships.
The Gentle Skeptic
Approach it as an experiment and notice what resonates.

Meet your guide, Mallory Riess
Mallory is a longtime yoga teacher and Human Design guide who helps people know themselves, trust themselves, and give themselves permission to live in a way that feels true to their nature. Her approach is grounded in experimentation rather than collecting information about a chart.
Want to go deeper between circles? In the Spirit & Wellness Collective, Mallory's online space, members continue exploring Human Design alongside yoga, breath, movement, and stillness, bringing the work out of the mind and into the body.

Gentle answers to common questions
I'm completely new to Human Design. Is that okay?
My chart looks overwhelming. Do I need to understand it first?
I already know a lot. Will this be too basic?
I'm not sure I believe in Human Design.
I don't know anyone, and I'm not big on sharing.
Do I need a reading first, or attend every month?
