How to Use This Space

Here’s how to navigate your yoga membership:
  • Live yoga classes happen Sunday–Friday at 9:30 AM PT
  • You’ll find the weekly live schedule and Zoom links on this page
  • All live classes are recorded and uploaded within 24–48 hours
  • Recordings are organized below by type of class, so you can easily find what your body needs
You don’t need to attend every class.
You don’t need to follow the schedule perfectly.
Choose what feels supportive today — and return whenever you’re ready.

Weekly Live Yoga Schedule

🌿 Sunday — Yin Yoga

A gentle, restorative yoga class where poses are held for 3–5 minutes, allowing the muscles to fully relax and the connective tissue to release. This practice supports deep tension release, nervous system regulation, and is the perfect way to reset and prepare for the upcoming week.

🔥 Monday — Ashtanga-Inspired Yoga

Inspired by the Ashtanga Primary and Second Series, this strong, steady practice begins with standing poses, flows through selected postures from the traditional series, and closes with grounding finishing poses. Breath, movement, and gaze are woven together to deepen your connection to body and spirit.


🧘 Tuesday — Yoga Pose Breakdown

A workshop-style class where we slow down and explore a few poses in depth. You’ll learn how to align, strengthen, and safely open your body while gaining a deeper understanding of how each pose works for your unique structure.

🌊 Wednesday — Vinyasa Ladder Flow

A higher-intensity class that begins with awareness and gradually builds a full vinyasa flow sequence over time. This practice supports cardiovascular health, strength, coordination, and endurance while maintaining mindful movement.

🤍 Thursday — Healing Hatha

A slower-paced, intentional class focused on spiritual grounding and supportive postures. This practice blends mindful movement, breath, and intention to nourish both body and nervous system.

💪 Friday — Yogalates

A fun, energizing class that blends yoga and Pilates to build strength, flexibility, and core stability. Expect mindful movement with a workout feel — strong, supportive, and empowering.


On-Demand Yoga Library

When you go back to the home area you’ll find the Living Yoga Library, where all recorded classes are organized by class type. 
This allows you to:
  • Practice on your own schedule
  • Revisit favorite classes
  • Choose what your body needs each day
  • Maintain consistency even when life is full
The library continues to grow each week as new classes are added.

A Gentle Reminder

This membership is not about doing more.

It’s about returning — again and again — to your body, your breath, and your practice.
One class a week is enough.
Ten minutes is enough.
Showing up imperfectly is enough.
