I've never done anything like this before — is that okay?
Absolutely. You're welcome exactly as you are. No prior yoga, meditation, or spiritual experience is needed. We'll gently guide you through every part of the evening.
I'm not flexible. Can I still do the yoga?
Yes. The yoga is gentle, accessible, and focused on connection — not performance. There is no right way to move. Just breathe and be with us.
I'm coming alone. Will I feel welcome?
Many women attend on their own — and almost always say it was one of the best parts. You'll be welcomed warmly into a kind, like-minded community from the moment you arrive.
I'm not really "spiritual." Is this still for me?
Yes. Soul Resonance is grounded, approachable, and free of dogma. It's about reflection, wellness, presence, and connection — not any particular belief system.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothing, warm layers for the evening air, water, and anything you'd like to sit or lie on (yoga mat, blanket, pillow). That's it — we'll guide you through the rest.
What if the weather is cool?
The gathering is held outdoors, so we encourage cozy layers, blankets, and anything that helps you stay warm and comfortable throughout the evening.
I don't have time — is it worth it?
This is exactly the kind of pause that gives back more than it takes. Most women leave feeling more grounded, clear, and restored — and carry that into every other part of their lives.
