“I hear these words in class all the time…”
Tadasana. Adho Mukha Svanasana. Namaste. Om. Maybe you've followed along for years, nodding as your teacher calls out pose names, quietly wondering what the words actually mean, or why a pose is named the way it is.
Perhaps chanting at the start of class feels beautiful but a little mysterious. There's rarely time in a regular class to slow down and unpack it all.
That's exactly why we're gathering.
This Yoga Deep Dive is dedicated time to explore the Sanskrit, mantra, and chanting at the heart of the tradition, then carry that understanding back into your everyday practice. You don't need to already understand the language of yoga to begin learning it.
