No experience needed. Come alone, come as you are.
You're not the only one
So much of life asks us to keep giving.
Between work, family, and everything in between, it's easy to go weeks without a quiet moment for yourself, or a real conversation that goes deeper than the day's to-do list. Many of us are longing for a space where we can simply be honest, be heard, and remember what we already know inside.
That's why we created this circle.
The Women's Wisdom Circle is a monthly gathering created by Mallory Riess and Kat of Golden Wave through their Soul Resonance collaboration. It is a space for women to slow down, connect, share their own wisdom, and explore sacred feminine teachings in a grounded and practical way.
Each month centers on a different goddess and the qualities she represents. Rather than simply learning mythology, we explore how those qualities may already be present in our lives, where we may be struggling with them, and how we can intentionally embody more of that energy. The heart of it all is community: the wisdom we bring and learn from one another.

October's Reflection
Meet Durga
Durga is a powerful goddess within the Hindu tradition, often associated with strength, courage, protection, and the power to meet challenges without losing our center. Her name is commonly connected with the idea of overcoming what is difficult or seemingly impassable.
Often depicted riding a lion or tiger and carrying weapons in her many hands, she represents a feminine power that is not about aggression, but about knowing what is worth protecting, when it is time to stand firm, and trusting the strength already within us.
Questions we'll explore together
- Where is life asking me to stand more fully in my strength?
- What deserves my protection?
- Where have I been giving my power away?
- What would it look like to meet a challenge from a place of courage rather than fear?
You don't need to worship Durga or follow any particular spiritual tradition to participate. We'll approach her teachings with respect for their Hindu roots while exploring what her symbolism can invite us to consider within our own lives.
