Inversions shift perspective — physically and mentally. When the head lowers below the heart, the body responds. Together, we'll explore how to breathe steadily and build confidence within that response.

Meet Your Guide
I'm deeply passionate about the spiritual roots of yoga and equally fascinated by the intelligent mechanics of the body. This workshop is where those two worlds meet.
My biggest intention is to encourage you to get on your mat, connect with your body, and take the lessons you learn there into your everyday life. Arm balances and inversions are a beautiful vehicle for building not just physical strength — but self-trust.
