No experience needed. Come alone, come as you are.

You're not the only one

When was the last time you had an evening just for you?

So many of us spend our days caring for others, keeping up with work, and moving from one responsibility to the next. Somewhere along the way, it gets easy to go weeks without a quiet moment or a conversation that goes deeper than the day's to-do list.

Maybe you've been craving real connection. A place where you can be seen and heard, without having to perform or have it all figured out. A circle of women who simply get it.

This circle was made for that longing.

The Women's Wisdom Circle is a two-hour, in-person gathering where women come together to connect, reflect, and learn from one another. Each month we explore a different Hindu goddess, drawing inspiration from Sally Kempton's Awakening Shakti.

The heart of it all is community: the wisdom each woman brings, and the wisdom we discover together.

November's Reflection

Meet Lakshmi

Within the Hindu tradition, Lakshmi is honored as the goddess of abundance, beauty, love, generosity, and prosperity. She is often depicted seated on a lotus, a flower that rises clean and open from muddy water.

Her teachings remind us that abundance is not only about money. It lives in our relationships, in gratitude, in beauty, in generosity, and in our ability to receive.

Questions we'll explore together

  • Where is abundance already present in my life?
  • How comfortable am I with receiving?
  • What does true richness mean to me?
  • How might gratitude and generosity shape my everyday life?

You don't need to follow any particular spiritual tradition to participate. We approach Lakshmi with respect for her Hindu roots while exploring what her symbolism can invite us to consider in our own lives.

Questions You Might Have

I don't know anyone who is going.
That's completely okay. Our circle is welcoming to newcomers, and creating genuine connection between women is one of the main intentions of the evening. Coming alone is absolutely encouraged.
I'm not spiritual or familiar with Hindu goddesses.
No prior knowledge or belief system is needed. We explore goddess mythology and yogic philosophy as an invitation to reflect and understand ourselves more deeply. You're welcome to connect with the teachings in your own way.
Do I have to share personal things?
No. Sharing is always optional. You're welcome to listen, observe, and take part at whatever level feels comfortable.
I've never meditated or attended a sound bath.
Every practice is beginner-friendly and gently guided. No experience with meditation, essential oils, or sound healing is needed.
I have children and don't have childcare.
Blossom Enrichment Center offers a nearby children's drop-off event for ages 4 and up during the circle. Details and registration are available through Blossom.
I don't really have time for myself.
Many of us are balancing family, work, and so much more. This is an invitation to set aside two hours where you don't need to accomplish anything or care for anyone else.
What's included for $30?
A two-hour facilitated evening with spiritual teachings, an essential oil ritual, guided meditation, a custom herbal tea blend, circle conversation, and a restorative sound bath.
Will I fit in?
Yes. This isn't an exclusive group, and no one needs to look, believe, or behave a certain way. Women of all ages, backgrounds, and stages of life are welcome.

A gentle invitation

Come As You Are. There's a Place for You Here.

No special knowledge, experience, or expectations needed. Just bring yourself. Spend an evening in the company of other women, explore Lakshmi's wisdom of abundance, and leave feeling nourished and grounded.
