Learning about Human Design fundamentally changed Mallory's life. Understanding her chart was such validation to how she naturally wanted to live was correct for her and to stop listening to societies conditioning. She loves teaching others about their Human Design chart and feel it is a deep spiritual experience to simply live as yourself.

She believes that yoga is the playground for you to explore and learn how to have patience and grace on your yoga mat so that you may take those lessons out into your life. When you have the freedom to practice in a way that best suits you body you gain a deeper understanding of yourself. This leads to a development of your own intuitive awareness and cultivates trust in yourself. Mallory is trained in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga.
Finding a meditation practice that best supports your spiritual journey is important. There is a reason that there is so many different yoga and meditation styles and Mallory believes that no one practice is better than another, you just need to experience and see which practice works best for you. As a kinesthetic person, using a mala for meditation has been greatly supportive to Mallory's meditation practice and it's the main style of meditation that she teaches.
During all of Mallory's spiritual journey she has always felt that everyone has their own path to walk and has never adhered to dogmas that are so often found in spiritual circles. When Mallory learned about Human Design it resonated with her soul because it was the first system she had come across that truly honored the unique individual. Mallory is a 5/1 Generator and since her first reading Mallory has taken a deep dive into Human Design (as 1s often do!) to understand and experience of what it means to live her own design. She loves teaching the Human Design to others and then have them go off to process, digest, and integrate the information in their own lives. Truly living your design is a deeply spiritual experience.

Hello, I am Mallory Riess
It wasn't long ago I was following everyone’s advice - do this diet, try this meditation, take these supplements, do your yoga practice this way... yada, yada, yada. It all felt so forced and I felt more lost than ever before.
Deep down I always knew we each had our own path to walk in health and spirituality and HD honors our unique path. This system empowers you to listen to your inner authority above all else. There are no 'gurus' just you coming back to yourself and experimenting with your design and seeing what happens. This is what I did and life FINALLY started to flow with more grace and ease.
By taking a deep dive into Human Design I uncovered the Gene Keys, which brought in a more spiritual approach. My soul simply started to sing, YES! THIS IS IT!
Combining these two modalities along with my natural health background has allowed me to give myself permission to follow and trust my intuition. I finally felt empowered to live life the way I have always wanted; physically, mentally, emotionally, & spiritually.
Everyday I can feel my frequency rising. Even on those off and not-so-good-days. Because I am finally tapping into how my energy is meant to flow in this lifetime.
