How to make this Mala
To create this mala, you'll use the following materials (click on each material for a link to purchase)
- 98 - 8mm Fluorite beads: For grounding and cleansing energies. (2-3 strings of beads)
- 10 - 10mm Rose Quartz beads: Flanked by gold flower beads to symbolize your flowering soul. (1 string of beads)
- 1 - 10mm Rose Quartz guru bead: The centerpiece of your mala, representing ultimate spiritual flowering.
- 7 - 6mm Gold spacer beads: Adding a touch of elegance and balance. (1 string of beads)
- Pink nylon knotting cord: For durability and a soft, nurturing energy.
- Cotton tassel: Symbolizing connection to the divine and the culmination of your spiritual journey.
The Pattern:
Place you Guru bead flanked by gold flower bead caps and 6mm round gold beads.
This Mala is broken up into 6 sections of 18 beads. We will go counter clockwise around the mala to set up the design.
1st section:
- From the Guru Bead you will need to have 17 8mm Fluorite beads on each side.
- Then place a 10mm Rose Quartz Bead flanked by gold bead caps.
- Next a 4mm Gold Spacer bead.
2nd Section:
- 10mm Rose Gold bead flanked by gold bead caps
- 16 8mm Fluorite beads
- 10mm Rose Gold bead flanked by gold bead caps
- 4mm gold spacer bead
Sections 3-5 repeat section 2
Section 6:
- 10mm Rose Quartz bead flanked by gold cap beads
- 17 8mm fluorite beads
